If there is an issue with your phone please send an email to us or use the contact form on the contact us page. We can then have the phone collected and inspect it. If need be we can repair or replace the phone and send it back.
Yes! All of our iPhone’s come with a 12 month warranty which starts from your day of purchase. The battery’s in the phones are covered by a 90 day warranty due to the fact that batteries can be damaged by not being charged properly and poor quality charging cables.
Of course! You have 14 days to return the phone if for some reason you are not happy with it. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to organise the return. We can then send out a replacement phone if need be.
Yes! You can use the phone right away as they are network unlocked.
Network unlocked means that you can use our phone with any network from anywhere around the world. This means that our phones will work with any SIM card from anywhere in the world and is not tied to any network.
